Arkham: Ethereum Foundation unstakes ETH worth $48.9 million, market watches for potential further sales
Odaily reported that on-chain analytics platform Arkham stated on X that the Ethereum Foundation has unstaked approximately $48.9 million worth of ETH. Tracking data shows that the Ethereum Foundation has deposited WSTETH into Lido's unstETH contract. Once the unlocking process is completed, the foundation will receive the corresponding amount of ETH.
The market is now focused on whether the ETH that the Ethereum Foundation has unstaked this time will be sold further. Previously, the Ethereum Foundation has sold ETH multiple times for operational fund management, leading to ongoing market concerns about potential sell pressure.
