Foresight News reported, according to CoinDesk, that the “CLARITY Act” has not shown any significant public progress over the past month and is unlikely to see a breakthrough in April. If the act aims to be passed before the election, Memorial Day on May 25 is considered a crucial milestone for advancement; after this date, members of Congress will gradually shift into their campaign cycle, making legislative timing even tighter. It remains unclear whether the Senate Banking Committee will proceed with related reviews, and issues such as stablecoin yields and other outstanding matters have yet to be resolved publicly. Even if these divisions are addressed, the House of Representatives would still need to vote on the act again.
