According to CatcherPredict channel monitoring, the prediction market Predict.fun has launched a new event: “Which blockchain will Polymarket migrate to in 2026?” The total trading volume has reached 1.701 million USD.

Currently, the probability for “new Polymarket chain” migration is reported at 67%; the probability for “no migration in 2026” is 26%; Arbitrum stands at 2%; Avalanche, Base, MegaETH, Monad, Solana, BNB Chain, and other chains each currently stand at 1%.

The settlement source for this event will be the official Polymarket announcement (press release, Shayne Coplan or the official X account) publishing a migration launch notice, non-test transactions occurring on the new chain, and the underlying L1 not being Polygon. If migration is not completed by 23:59 (ET) on December 31, 2026, the resolution will be “no migration in 2026.”

"I am now the market maker, if you want to bet against me, go ahead" Besant warns the market not to short the yen against him

Bessent stated, "When we intervene in the yen, I know exactly what the Japanese, the Bank of Japan, and Japanese policymakers are going to do." With fundamental support from the Bank of Japan's expected 25 basis point rate hike this month, short-sellers will face the dual pressure of policy intervention and an interest rate shift. Analysts believe that Bessent's tough rhetoric serves both as psychological pressure and as an indication that further actions are being prepared.
