The Korea Financial Security Institute will develop smart contract verification tools and establish a verification system.
ChainCatcher reports that the Korea Financial Security Institute has announced three key initiatives to advance digital asset services: developing smart contract validation tools, establishing a smart contract validation system, and cultivating professional talent in the digital asset sector.
The Institute will target scenarios such as token securities and stablecoins, developing dedicated security validation tools capable of automatically detecting major vulnerabilities including reentrancy attacks, access permission errors, and collateral verification omissions. It will continually update detection rules in line with Korea's financial regulatory environment. Meanwhile, the institution will also release a Smart Contract Security Guide, covering the entire process from development to deployment and operation, and enhance financial institutions' digital asset security capabilities through seminars and collaborative networks.
