FF secures $25 million in new funding

Glonghui May 16th ｜ Faraday Future announced that the company has signed a $25 million share purchase agreement with institutional investors. The funds raised from this financing are expected to further accelerate the implementation of the FF EAI strategy. According to the latest agreement, investors have subscribed to convertible notes with a total principal amount of $25 million from FF. The ordinary shares corresponding to this financing have not yet been registered and are subject to trading restrictions, so they cannot be traded immediately.
