Soluna announces $8.8 million acquisition of remaining D1B equity to accelerate transformation towards AI and HPC business
According to ChainCatcher, as reported by Businesswire, Nasdaq-listed company Soluna Holdings, which develops green data centers for intensive computing applications such as Bitcoin mining and artificial intelligence, announced the acquisition of the remaining equity in Project Dorothy 1B (D1B) for approximately $8.8 million, achieving 100% ownership of the project to deploy computing power infrastructure. The goal is to accelerate the transition to AI and high-performance computing (HPC) business and advance AI infrastructure development.
