Crayfish prices in Henan have dropped significantly, with wholesale prices falling below 8 yuan.

Reporters visited agricultural product trading markets in Henan and found that as crayfish from main production areas hit the market, prices have significantly dropped compared to earlier periods. In the aquatic section of Henan Wanbang International Agricultural Products Logistics Center, crayfish wholesalers shared: "Last night, the wholesale price for small crayfish was 7.8 yuan per jin, medium crayfish was 9.4 yuan per jin, and large crayfish was 12.5 yuan per jin. These prices are almost at their lowest point." As prices fall and supply remains ample, downstream catering businesses are experiencing a consumption peak, with many crayfish specialty restaurants seeing booming business.
