According to ChainCatcher, citing Businesswire, Nasdaq-listed Solana treasury company Solmate Infrastructure has announced the issuance of a total of 2,298,000 Class B common shares through a registered private placement. The issuance price is $4.97 per share, with total expected proceeds of approximately $11.4 million. The transaction is expected to be completed around May 27, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
