On-chain data shows that USDC Treasury minted an additional 250 million USDC on the Solana chain at 21:29 (UTC+8), and a few hours earlier at 18:13 minted another 250 million USDC. In addition, USDC Treasury destroyed approximately 100 million USDC on the Ethereum chain at 21:20.
