ChainCatcher news, according to Bitcoin Laws, the New Hampshire “Blockchain Basics” bill HB 639 has made progress, with the state House of Representatives and Senate reaching an agreement on a compromise version of the bill. Previously, both chambers had passed different versions of the bill. According to disclosed information, the bill aims to protect several related “rights,” including the use of cryptocurrencies for payments, running nodes, and conducting mining activities.
