Legal experts: Not much time left for CLARITY to pass in the Senate
Odaily reported that Variant Chief Legal Officer Jake Chervinsky posted on X: "There isn't much time left to advance the CLARITY Act. On the surface, things seem calm right now, but that's only because a lot of work is happening behind the scenes — parties are working hard to push forward a version of the bill that can formally enter the Congressional voting process and secure at least seven Democratic votes. But that's easier said than done. The next few weeks will be a decisive and critical period."
