ChainCatcher news, according to Crypto.news, Grayscale has submitted its 8-A12B form for its spot Hyperliquid ETF to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which is the final registration step before listing on Nasdaq. Trading is expected to begin in 1 to 4 days.
