Aave Labs’ UK subsidiary Push receives FCA approval to register as a crypto asset exchange provider in the UK
Foresight News reported that Aave Labs’ UK subsidiaries, Push Labs Ltd. and Push Virtual Assets Ltd. (collectively referred to as Push), have received approval from the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to register as crypto asset exchange providers in the UK. These licenses allow Push by Aave Labs to conduct regulated crypto asset activities and payment infrastructure operations in the UK.
In addition to the crypto asset registration, Push under Aave Labs has also been authorized by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), under the 2011 Electronic Money Regulations (firm reference number: 900984), to issue electronic money.
