Domestic route fuel surcharge to be reduced from June 5; for segments over 800 kilometers, the fee drops to 150 yuan

⑴ On May 29, multiple airlines announced that starting from June 5, 2026 (ticket issuance date), adult passengers will be charged a fuel surcharge of 150 yuan per person on routes over 800 kilometers, and 80 yuan per person on routes of 800 kilometers or less. ⑵ Compared to previous rates, this is a reduction of 20 yuan or 10 yuan. The reduction in fuel surcharges will lower travel costs.
