Golden Ten Data reported on June 1 that, according to its official website, Indian Oil Corporation, India's largest state-owned refinery and fuel retailer, has raised the price of its 19-kilogram commercial liquefied petroleum gas cylinder for industrial customers by 42 rupees (approximately $0.4421) per cylinder, from the previous 3,071.5 rupees to 3,113.50 rupees. Other state-owned fuel retailers usually adjust their fuel retail prices in sync. India is the world's third-largest consumer of liquefied petroleum gas, with more than 90% of its imported LPG coming from the Middle East.
