Capital B opens online voting for shareholders' meeting, plans to raise 100 billions euros to purchase bitcoin
Foresight News reports that the European Bitcoin treasury company Capital B (The Blockchain Group) has opened online voting for its June 17 shareholders' meeting. The vote authorizes the board to establish a maximum capital increase quota of 5 billion euros in nominal value and a maximum debt instrument issuance quota of 100 billion euros in nominal value. Capital B stated that this authorization will be used to accelerate its Bitcoin treasury company strategy, with the goal of continuously increasing the fully diluted Bitcoin holdings per share.
