According to Foresight News, Steve Hilton is a former Fox News anchor who advocates for making California the "world's cryptocurrency capital" and has received financial backing from Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen. He believes California should lower barriers for blockchain technology and crypto companies to facilitate industry investment and talent attraction. At the same time, he supports introducing legislation to protect consumers and combat fraud.
