According to Decrypt, the New York Department of Financial Services and the European Banking Authority have signed a regulatory cooperation agreement on stablecoins. The memorandum of understanding outlines in detail the procedures for supervision and information exchange, including notification and coordination mechanisms in emergency situations, as well as the sharing of information related to civil or criminal investigations.
