According to information disclosed by the SEC, Robinhood (HOOD) director Malka Meyer purchased 249,000 company shares on May 28 at an average price of $80.39 per share, with a total value of approximately $20.0182 million. After the transaction, her direct holdings increased to 7,572,855 shares.
