According to Jinse Finance, on June 3, Wedbush Securities stated that after SpaceX completes its IPO, it and Tesla may merge in 2027, with a probability of the deal being finalized exceeding 80%. The institution noted that Tesla holds shares in Space Exploration Technologies Corp., the ongoing deepening of cooperation between the two companies, and their joint establishment of a chip factory all indicate that related preparatory work is gradually being implemented. This merger will help Elon Musk build an integrated artificial intelligence ecosystem.
