BlockBeats reports that since the S&P 500 Index reached a short-term low on March 30, the US technology sector ETFs have seen a cumulative net inflow of 27 billion US dollars, while all other sectors combined experienced a net outflow of 4 billion US dollars over the same period, marking a historically extreme level of capital divergence.
