Glonghui, June 4th | Schneider Electric plans to issue 800 million euros (approximately $930 million) in convertible bonds. The French electrical giant is actively advancing this financing plan, leveraging the momentum of its stock price driven by sustained expansion in the data center business. According to term sheets obtained by Bloomberg, the company officially launched this convertible bond issuance on Thursday, with the bonds due in 2034. Schneider Electric plans to use 650 million euros of the proceeds to repurchase existing bonds maturing in November 2030, while the remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.
