Golden Ten Data reported on June 5 that institutional analyst Curran stated: We have become accustomed to significant downward revisions of non-farm employment data. If there is an upward revision today, it will trigger discussions on whether the labor market is stabilizing or truly beginning to accelerate. It should be made clear that even if the data perform strongly, further observation is needed before concluding that the market is tightening.
