Israel issues evacuation order for residents of Lebanese city of Tyre
In Tuesday’s European session, Israeli army’s Arabic-language spokesperson, Avichay Adraee, has issued warning for residents of Lebanese city of Tyre to evacuate immediately ahead of attacks.
“Urgent warning to the residents of the city of Tyre, including the Christian quarter, and the camps and surrounding neighborhoods to evacuate immediately and move north beyond the Zahrani river,” Adraee wrote, The Guardian reported.
The warning from Israel came despite a truce between Israel and Iran.
Market reaction
No major action seen in the US Dollar (USD) after Israel's evacuation order. As of writing, the US Dollar Index (DXY) trades 0.1% lower at around 99.90.
