Foresight News reports that the London-listed technology company The Smarter Web Company has issued 1,067,000 ordinary shares according to the terms of a subscription agreement. The total amount raised from the subscription is £299,091 (before expenses), equivalent to about £0.28 per share, with the company receiving approximately 98.25% of the funds as settlement.
