```htmlGolden Ten Data reported on June 15 that tungsten hexafluoride is a key deposition material used in the production of memory chips and advanced logic chips, making it a popular variety amidst the current surge in demand for specialty electronic gases. Due to factors such as the withdrawal of some overseas production capacities and the continuous expansion of downstream memory chip output, the supply-demand gap has widened, directly driving product prices onto an upward trajectory. Analysts stated: "Taking tungsten hexafluoride, which has seen a significant rise in market price, as an example—the average price for 5N grade in June is expected to reach 1,760 yuan per kilogram, a year-on-year increase of 236%. The core support throughout is the explosive demand for memory chips." According to the head of a specialty gas manufacturing company in Shanghai, helium demand has recently soared, and even with the factory operating on double shifts, supply still falls short of demand. The company representative added: "The semiconductor industry has a massive demand for helium. Many customers are asking, and prices change daily. It's possible that today's price won't be available tomorrow."```
