According to a report by La Política Online, Mexico's fintech industry is seeking to promote Fintech 2.0 legislative reforms under the leadership of the new head of the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), Ángel Cabrera, in order to optimize regulatory standards and clarify rules for crypto asset regulation.
