XPRIZE founder: In the past ten years, I would invest idle funds in Bitcoin; now I will buy SPCX.
Odaily reported that Peter H. Diamandis, founder of the globally renowned technology competition organizer XPRIZE and an early investor in SpaceX, stated, “People always ask me whether I'll sell and exit when prices rise. Quite the opposite—in the past ten years, whenever I freed up funds from other trades, I invested them into Bitcoin, and I still hold a considerable amount of Bitcoin for the long term.
However, in the future, as long as I have idle funds, I will invest in SpaceX, a company of epoch-making significance. I expect that when locked shareholders are able to sell their shares and some of them cash out and exit, the stock price may drop. But my investment in SpaceX is not about chasing quarterly stock price gains; it's about advancing the development of the extraterrestrial economy.”
