Foresight News reported, according to Bloomberg, that Ripple acquired equity in the African fintech company Flutterwave with a valuation of $3.3 billion. Flutterwave CEO Olugbenga Agboola confirmed this valuation in an interview but declined to disclose Ripple's specific investment amount and shareholding ratio. This investment aims to help Flutterwave accelerate its growth, focusing on expanding its payments business and strategic partnerships.
