Digital asset depository receipt issuer RDC completes $7 million funding round

Digital asset and alternative asset depositary receipt issuer Receipts Depositary Corporation has completed a new $7 million funding round, led by LiveOak Ventures, with participation from Hivemind Capital, Onigiri Capital, OTC Markets Group, GTS, and Redbeard Ventures. The funds will be used to accelerate the development of digital asset depositary receipt products and to provide U.S. investors with compliant securitized products and infrastructure services covering multiple asset classes.
