ChainCatcher News, according to Bloomberg, Principal Mineral is acquiring Isola Group, which is backed by Cerberus Capital Management. Isola mainly produces key materials required for printed circuit boards (PCBs), which are widely used in electronic products such as automobiles, airplanes, and AI servers. Principal Mineral, headquartered in Dallas, USA, is committed to building a localized PCB supply chain system. The company did not disclose the specific transaction amount for this acquisition of Isola Group.
