The largest ETH short seller "pension-usdt.eth" has taken profit and reduced positions, having closed a total of $20.47 million.

BlockBeats News, June 18 — According to Hyperinsight monitoring, the largest ETH short position on Hyperliquid, held by "pension-usdt.eth", has once again started phased profit-taking. Compared to the reduction of approximately 10 thousand ETH short positions during the first round the previous day, about 1,700 ETH have been reduced this round so far, and as of publishing, reduction continues.

This address previously shorted 60 thousand ETH with 3x leverage, holding a position valued at approximately 107 million USD with an average entry price of 1,810 USD. As of publication, it has cumulatively closed approximately 11.7 thousand ETH (worth about 20.47 million USD) over the past two days, with a current unrealized profit on remaining short positions of around 3.18 million USD.
