US Senators are intensifying negotiations to advance the CLARITY Act into the full Senate voting process. This week, bipartisan senators will meet to discuss divergent provisions, including clarifying that non-custodial software developers should not be held legally liable for third-party use of their code if they are unaware of its illicit purposes.
