"White-haired Stock God" Serenity reviews MLCC supply chain prediction: related stocks surged over 200% within two months
According to Odaily, trader Serenity, known as the "White-haired Stock God," stated that when identifying an industry bottleneck, one should also consider going long on related assets. He recalled previously discussing the supply chain bottleneck of MLCC (Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors), noting that relevant stocks had shown significant increases over the past two months, including:
Taiyo Yuden: up approximately 211.38%
Vishay Intertechnology: up approximately 146.15%
Murata: up approximately 155.43%
Serenity mentioned that this rally "was completed within two months" and self-deprecatingly admitted to missing the opportunity to profit from the rise. This case once again demonstrates the amplifying effect of expected supply chain constraints in semiconductors and passive components on stock prices, as well as the high volatility characteristic of event-driven trading in short cycles.
