It is reported that IC design companies Realtek and MediaTek will adjust prices for their mature process products.

Glonghui June 22｜According to Taiwanese media citing sources from the supply chain, major network communication chip manufacturer Realtek and leading mobile phone chip maker MediaTek have initiated price adjustments for certain mature process products. This covers network communication, connectivity, consumer, and some special specification chips, reflecting the rising costs of upstream wafer foundry, packaging and testing, and key materials. Among them, Realtek will increase prices by more than 10% for specific product lines starting in July, while MediaTek will also adjust the prices of flagship chips to be launched in the second half of the year.
