Japanese company Granopt plans to expand production of optical communication materials, with capacity expected to triple by fiscal year 2025.
According to Golden Ten Data on June 22, on June 22 local time, Sumitomo Metal Mining and Mitsubishi Gas Chemical announced that by fiscal year 2027, the production capacity of the optical communication material "Faraday Rotator" of their joint venture Granopt will be tripled compared to fiscal year 2025.
