ECARX (ECX.US) acquires Flyme software business: Flyme OS system upgrade and mass production of Auto 3.0 to be launched this year, accelerating the "All in AI Agent" strategy

The company will acquire Hubei Qiguang Technology Co., Ltd., which was specially spun off and established by Xingji Meizu Group, to obtain relevant software business and core assets. The total amount of this transaction is 1.8 billion yuan (approximately 266 million US dollars). This transaction will further improve ECARX's end-to-end operating system capability and strengthen the foundation for the implementation of its core "All in AI Agent" strategy.
