Securitize sues tZERO, seeking a court ruling that its patent infringement claim is unfounded
Foresight News reported that Securitize tweeted that, in response to the patent infringement allegations brought by tZERO, Securitize has filed a lawsuit in the U.S. Federal District Court in Delaware today, requesting the court to rule that it does not constitute infringement. Securitize stated that it will defend itself against this and other related allegations.
