Gulf States Expected to Advocate for Waiving Strait Transit Fees
On June 24, media reports cited informed diplomats revealing that Gulf states are expected to push for the waiver of transit fees in the strait. Although toll fees are not on the negotiation agenda, it is anticipated that Iran will propose environmental fees, navigation fees, and security fees.
