Currently, there is a significant capacity gap for HRSGs in the market, resulting in supply falling short of demand. In addition, the company's pricing at its Vietnam base is relatively low compared to competitors, giving the company a certain degree of bargaining power. The Vietnam production base mainly targets the North American market, with Boying Tehan's main global competitors being several HRSG manufacturing companies from South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam.
