Taiko: User funds will not be affected, cross-chain bridge will open after 100% asset reimbursement
Foresight News reported that Taiko posted on Twitter, stating that the previous security incident will not lead to any user fund losses. Currently, the cross-chain bridge is in an undercollateralized state, and the team will fully replenish assets to achieve 100% coverage before reopening, ensuring a 1:1 asset backing for balances. In addition, its CEO has submitted a formal report to the Eastern Eight authorities and will fully cooperate with accountability measures. The team is currently testing the repair plan, and the safe restart of the mainnet and cross-chain functions is very close.
