Odaily reported that the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission has announced it has placed Aurum/Aurum Foundation on the list of suspicious virtual asset trading platforms. The Commission stated that the company claims to be registered in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance and offers trading services for virtual assets, futures contracts, and derivatives on its website. However, the company has not been licensed by the Commission and is suspected of operating without a license.
