FIGRE Trust 2026-EXP1 under Figure submits ABS-15G disclosure document

Foresight News reports that blockchain capital markets company Figure, through its FIGRE Trust 2026-EXP1, has submitted a Form ABS-15G disclosure document to the SEC. In accordance with Rule 15Ga-2, the document provides third-party due diligence reports issued by KPMG and Visionet Systems (including the Agreed-Upon Procedures Report, among others) in preparation for the imminent issuance of asset-backed securities (ABS). In addition, this transaction is also Figure's 10th HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) asset-backed securities transaction in 2026.
