Sky will migrate the voting address handover process from Discord to the forum

Foresight News reports that the Sky (formerly MakerDAO) core team has announced that, as the old Discord server is gradually phased out, the process for executing vote (spell) address transfers will move from the Discord #new-spells channel to posts in the governance forum. Proposal authors are required to post the address as a comment once the spell is ready, and two reviewers must confirm it to leave a public record of the address transfer and related verification. The original Discord channel will no longer be used for this purpose.
