Golden Ten Data Futures June 29 News: According to foreign media reports, the Baltic Dry Bulk Shipping Index fell for the sixth consecutive trading day on Monday, reaching its lowest level in more than two months, pressured by weakening rates for Capesize and Supramax vessels. The Baltic Dry Bulk Shipping Index dropped 34 points from the previous trading day, a decrease of 1.4%, closing at 2,490 points, the lowest since April 15. The Capesize vessel rate index fell 102 points, down 2.8%, to 3,538 points. Average daily earnings for Capesize vessels decreased by $923 to $28,588. The Supramax bulk carrier rate index fell 2 points, or 0.1%, to 1,668 points, the lowest level since June 15. The Panamax vessel rate index rose 14 points, an increase of 0.7%, to 2,124 points. Average daily earnings for Panamax vessels increased by $127 to $19,117. The Handysize vessel rate index rose 2 points from the previous day, closing at 947 points.
