Full-year underlying EBIT is expected to be between $2 billion and $4 billion, compared to analysts’ expectations of $1.42 billion. The upward revision to the performance guidance is due to strong demand in the container market and a recent continued rise in the spot market. The company’s ADR rose 7.6%, and Zim Integrated Shipping gained 1%.
