Bittensor Price Nears Breakout as TAO Holds $200
- TAO remains inside a tightening triangle as traders await confirmation.
- Bittensor must hold $200 to avoid deeper downside pressure.
- A rebound could target $215 before higher resistance levels appear.
Bittensor Price remains under close watch as TAO trades inside a tightening triangle pattern. According to analyst Crypto Tony, he is waiting for a confirmed breakout before opening a position. At press time, TAO traded at $204.97, down 1.30% over the past 24 hours, with technical indicators suggesting the market is approaching a decisive move.
Bittensor Price Faces Critical Test Around $200 Support
The current Bittensor Price structure shows compression between converging trendlines on the four-hour chart. This pattern often precedes a strong directional move once buyers or sellers gain control.
Recent price action has been volatile. TAO declined more than 4% during the latest pullback, although trading volume jumped nearly 82%, reflecting increased market participation. Analysts believe this surge in activity could signal growing interest ahead of a breakout.
Technical indicators remain cautious. Bittensor Price trades below its 7-day simple moving average at $215.47 and 30-day average at $227.01. Meanwhile, the Chaikin Money Flow stands at -0.14, indicating moderate capital outflows as sellers maintain an advantage.
Bittensor Price Could Swing Toward Resistance or Lower Support
Momentum indicators show mixed signals. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) has fallen to 36.51, placing Bittensor Price near oversold territory without confirming a reversal. This suggests selling pressure may be easing, but buyers have not yet regained control.
The $200 psychological support remains the most important level in the short term. If TAO holds above this area, analysts expect a relief rally toward $215, with higher resistance between $234 and $245 becoming the next upside targets.
However, a decisive daily close below $200 would strengthen the bearish outlook. In that case, Bittensor Price could revisit the $185 to $190 support region, where buyers may attempt to stabilize the market.
