Nasdaq selects Pyth to distribute market data, bringing TotalView deep order book data on-chain
Odaily reports that Nasdaq has announced the selection of Pyth Network as its channel for market data distribution, bringing its core product Nasdaq TotalView's depth of market and order imbalance data to on-chain and institutional-grade data networks.
According to the announcement, Nasdaq will join Pyth Data Marketplace as a data publisher, enabling its market data to be distributed through a single interface to on-chain protocols, institutional systems, and various financial software applications. This marks the first time Pyth has carried native market data from a mainstream exchange.
Nasdaq TotalView is its standard depth of market data product, covering the full order book information, showing order depth at each price level and market participant behavior, and also providing order imbalance data during the opening and closing auction phases.
