The French Financial Markets Authority revokes AUTOMATA France SAS’s PSAN registration

The French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) has announced that, effective June 30, 2026, it will revoke the digital asset service provider (PSAN) registration of AUTOMATA France SAS (operator of Vancelian com). The regulator noted that the company conducted crowdfunding activities without obtaining the necessary authorization and that its management and significant shareholders did not meet requirements for integrity and competence. The company must orderly terminate related operations, may only carry out actions necessary for liquidation, and should promptly return control of digital assets to clients. The regulatory authority will continuously monitor the business exit process.
