Trump family-affiliated mining company ABTC announces 1-for-15 reverse stock split to take effect on July 2
BlockBeats news, July 1st, American Bitcoin (Nasdaq ticker: ABTC) announced today that, as a "Bitcoin accumulation platform" focused on building Bitcoin infrastructure in the United States, the company plans to implement a 1-for-15 reverse stock split of its common shares. This adjustment will officially take effect at 17:00 on July 2, 2026.
The company anticipates that after the reverse split adjustment, Class A common shares will resume trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market at market open on July 6, 2026, with the trading symbol remaining ABTC.
At the effective time, every 15 issued and outstanding Class A common shares will be automatically merged into 1 Class A common share; every 15 Class B common shares will be merged into 1 Class B common share and adjusted in accordance with the rules regarding fractional shares. The company currently has no Class C common shares in circulation.
